Attach two Leg Gussets to Short Leg and Firebox using one 1/4-20 x 2” bolts and 1/4” keps nut through leg, and one 1/4-20 x 1/2”...

Attach eight Grate Racks inside front and rear panels of Smoker Chamber using two 1/4-20 x 1/2”screws and 1/4” keps nuts for each rack. 1/4” 1/4-20 x 1/2” Screw Grate Rack Lower Drip Pan into Smoker Chamber with feet towards Firebox end. Place Fire Grate onto Ash Pan and place into Forebox.
- Page 8 Assemble both Smoke Chamber and Firebox doors as follows. Insert Door Damper through rear end of Door shown A. Insert Door (long) Damper Rod through Door Damper openings on front side of Door to hold in place shown B. Lift rod end over first louver to secure shown C.
