2. Rubber Feet
• Do not use the product without installing the rubber feet.
• Attach the rubber feet securely to the device.
3. Location Requirements
• Place the oven on a stable, solid surface or rack.
• Maintain a minimum distance of 10 cm from walls or obstacles.
• Avoid placing the oven near combustible materials.
• Install the oven in a well-ventilated area with access to fire safety equipment.
4. Preparation Before Use
• Remove the protective adhesive film from the surface of the oven.
5. Electrical Connection
• Verify the voltage and frequency match the specifications on the product nameplate before
connecting.
• Use a bipolar switch between the power supply and the oven, ensuring a voltage error of no
more than ±10% during operation.
6. Power Cord Connection

Securely fasten the power cord using an appropriate screwdriver.
7. Water Inlet Connection
• Connect the water inlet pipe to the tap and the electromagnetic valve inlet on the oven's rear.
Add a filter to prevent blockages.
• Excess steam will be discharged via the exhaust pipe at the back of the oven.
Attention
• This product must be properly grounded before use.
• Ensure proper connection of the power cord by inserting copper bridges under the screws and
securely tightening them. Improper connection may cause overheating and damage.
• Verify the voltage of the power supply matches the specifications on the product card.
• Use a grounding screw with copper wire of at least 1.5 mm², securely connected to a
compliant ground.
• After installation, check all wiring for loose ends, confirm voltage is normal, and ensure the
ground connection is reliable.
• Fixed wiring must include an all-pole disconnect switch with at least 3 mm contact separation.
Consider installing an earth leakage protection switch.
• Do not store flammable items near the installation area. Maintain an ambient temperature
below 45°C and relative humidity below 85%.
Special Remarks
1. This product is not suitable for home use. It is a commercial machine intended to be operated
by trained chefs.
2. The oven must remain stable during operation; avoid shaking or tilting it.
3. Do not disassemble or modify the product, as this may lead to serious accidents.
4. Do not open the product's enclosure. The internal components contain high-voltage circuits, and
opening the casing may result in electric shock.
5. Always unplug the product and disconnect the power supply before cleaning.
