This may result in them becoming hot due to heat transferred from adjacent housing walls and causing burns.
Mounting VSI-10x Coupling As a general rule: The weight of the sensor should be at least ten times less than the relevant weight of the measurement object on which it is mounted and of which it measures vibrations. The sensor is an additional weight that places a load on the measurement object and modifies its vibration behavior.
