Message Settings

To view or change Message settings, select
Menu > Messaging > Message Settings.

Message Alert

You can set the Sounds, Volume and Alert
Type here.

Text Message

M essage Center Number: If you want

to send a text message, you can get the
address of the SMS center by using this
menu.
E mail Gateway: You can send the text

message to an Email Address via this
gateway.
C haracter encoding: Allows you to select

the character encoding to visit a foreign
website.

Multimedia Message

S lide Duration: Displays the duration of

each page when writing the message.
P riority: You can choose to set the priority

of the message.
V alidity Period: This network service

allows you to decide how long your
multimedia messages will be stored at the
message center.
D ownload Options

- Download Without Ask: Allows
Multimedia Messages to be downloaded
automatically.
- A sk Always: You can download a
multimedia message manually.
N etwork profile: If you select multimedia

message server, you can set URL for
multimedia message server.
P ermitted Message Type

- Personal: Personal message.
- A dvertisement: Commercial message.
- I nformation: Necessary information.
