INTRODUCTION Thank you for purchasing the Magic Adventures™ Binocular Camera. Zoom in on nature with this fully functioning pair of binoculars and use the digital screen to take your own pictures day or night. Explore 340+ real-life photos and videos of animals, plants and fungi from the BBC, test your knowledge in the Field Guide Quiz, and navigate different habitats in search of animals in an exciting adventure game.

PRODUCT FEATURES 1. Power Button Press the Power Button to power on the Magic Adventures™ Binocular Camera. • It may take up to 3 seconds for the device to power on if a microSD card is inserted. • Hold down the Power Button for approximately 1 second to power off the device.

While viewing photos in the Gallery, press the Magnification Button for a closer look at the image, and press the D-Pad to explore areas that aren’t visible on the screen.

TO BEGIN PLAYING Real Binoculars The binoculars can be used to explore your surroundings. They are capable of 10x optical zoom with 21mm diameter objective lenses. An object 100 metres away can appear the same size as when viewed from a distance of 10 metres. This functionality does not have any electronic parts, so the binoculars can be used even when the device is not powered on.

TO BEGIN PLAYING WITH THE LCD SCREEN Press the Power Button to turn on the Binocular Camera. Camera Mode & Night Vision Mode After powering on, the Binocular Camera will enter Camera mode by default. This mode allows you to take photos with up to 2x digital zoom.
microSD Card Slot • If no microSD card is inserted into the device, photos will be saved to the device’s internal memory, which can hold approximately 100 images. NOTE: This number will vary depending on the number of colours in the photo. Photos with more colours take up more memory, whereas photos with fewer colours take up less memory.

Copying Photos from the Binocular Camera to a Computer 1. Insert a microSD card** into the microSD Card Slot of the Binocular Camera. 2. In the Gallery, select the Photo Transfer icon to transfer all of your saved photos from the Binocular Camera’s internal memory to the inserted microSD card.
• The display order of the saved photos may be incorrect. New photos that are taken while in Camera mode or Night Vision mode may not be displayed on the first page of the Gallery. • The thumbnails and the full-screen photos may not match each other. When the batteries are almost depleted, a low battery icon will flash on the LCD Screen. Please replace the batteries immediately when this icon appears. The device may automatically power off if the batteries are not replaced soon after the low battery icon appears.
