You need to set up a mailing software to send and receive E-mails.

Setting Up E-Mail Software

Set up the E-mail transmission using the Outlook Express installed on your PC.
Tips
It is helpful for Email setup if you have the document showing your email account setup details.
Some ISP does have webpage describing settings for Outlook Express for their service. In that
case follow steps found in their procedures.
1. Click [start] and click [E-mail] on the Menu.
Outlook Express will start and the "Internet Connection Wizard" screen will appear.
2. Enter the name you wish to display in the "Display name" and click [Next].
The "Internet E-mail Address" screen will appear.
