Mass Storage
Your Ocean can act as a USB disk drive—200 MB of memory is set aside to
store photos, documents, media and other files. This memory is separate
from other memory areas and not available to other apps on your Ocean.
Attach the USB cable and easily drag-and-drop files to or from your
computer. No drivers required.
You can also expand your memory capacity up to 2 GB with a microSD card.
When connecting via USB with a microSD card inserted, you can transfer
files to the memory card, as it will open as a separate drive.
To connect your Ocean as a USB disk drive, connect the USB
cable. Then, from the main screen, press Menu, Mass Storage.
Make sure to use the Safely Remove Hardware function on your
PC before disconnecting. On your Ocean, press Menu, Exit to exit
Mass Storage mode. You will not be able to make or receive calls
while connected to your PC.
To view files in the USB Disk area, press Menu,
Select a file and press

Tip: Make sure to use the "Eject" or "Safely
Remove Hardware" function on your
computer before unplugging your Ocean.
