For a fire alarm
1. Determine the location of the fire
Check the location of the fire. The touchscreen displays
information from the first and last zones to report an alarm.

In alarm 01 in Figure 1 (P001:Z0001:D1.001), an alarm has
been activated by device 001 on loop 1 in zone 1 on control
panel 001. One device is in alarm in the corresponding zone.
In alarm 02 in Figure 1 (P001:Z0002:D1.008), an alarm has
been activated by device 008 on loop 1 in zone 2 on control
panel 001. One device is in alarm in the corresponding zone.
2. Determine the source of the fire alarm
The following icons indicate the source of the fire alarm.
Detector alarm. If the
icon is displayed, then the system has detected a
detector alarm (see alarm 02 in Figure 1).
Manual call point alarm. If the
manual call point icon is displayed, then the system has
detected a manual call point alarm (see alarm 01 in
Figure 1).
