Important: Before cleaning, ensure the appliance is
unplugged. The plates must be cold during cleaning. The
appliance must be completely dry before using it again.

Dual Voltage – this means that you can use the power supply
regardless if it is 110V ˜ or 230V ˜ .
4. Disposal
Equipment that has come to the end of its service life should
undergo correct disposal in accordance with the law. Plas-
tics and electronic parts should be submitted for recycling.
Please enquire at your municipal waste disposal site.
Weee
WEEE is short for 'Waste from Electrical and Electronic
Equipment' and is used across the EU as a common desig-
nation for such waste.

5. Warranty

All HH Simonsen products are covered by a 12 month war-
ranty. Please retain your original purchase receipt or invoice
as a proof of date of purchase. The defective iron must be
returned to the original place of purchase in its original
packing and along with this warranty as well as the proof
of purchase. The guarantee is only valid if the appliance has
been operated in strict accordance to the safety instructions.
Warranty Exclusions:
• Damages caused by normal wear and tear including
chips, scratches, abrasions, discolorations or fading and
damage to the power cord.
• Damages caused by careless or improper transportation.
• Damages caused by misuse, or improper voltage or
cleaning.
• Damages caused by negligence, disassembly or dropping.
• Damages caused by reparation or alteration which is not
from the original manufacturer or its authorized agents.
• Any other damage which are not caused due to materials
or workmanship.
• Damages on plates.
HH Simonsen cannot be held responsible for damaged hair
or extensions.
