- Page 3 Condition the thermometer at room temperature for 30 minutes before using device for the first time.
- Page 4 Select adult or child mode – child mode is recommended for people under 12.
- Page 5 Turn on device, remove cap and select ear mode - symbol will be shown on screen.
- Page 6 Insert thermometer correctly into ear depending on age.
- Page 7 Keep cap on probe and select forehead mode – symbol will be shown on screen.
- Page 8 Point thermometer to forehead 0.1”-1” (1-3cm) away from skin surface.
- Page 9 Keep cap on probe and select object mode – symbol will be shown on screen.
- Page 10 Point thermometer to object 0.1”-1” (1-3cm) away.
- Page 11 Press and immediately release scan button. Measurement will be displayed on screen.
