1. EXPIRY DATE OF BUILT-IN BATTERY
Expiry date of the built-in battery is 1 year after replaced. On and after the 20th of the month of the expiry date,
the following message appears when the EDX-2000A is started up.
When the above message is displayed, contact KYOWA or our representative for replacing the battery. After
receiving the new battery, see "7-2 REPLACING BUILT-IN BATTERY (NiCd BATTERY)" in EDX-2000A
Hardware Instruction Manual and replace the battery with the new one.
NOTE
Even after the above message is shown, the EDX-2000A can be operated as usual.
However, since the EDX-2000A is not capable of responding to a temporary blackout, it is required to
replace the battery as soon as possible.
The indication of the expiry data is valid on and after the EDX-2000A software Version 0.1 0.5.
