BEFORE USE Be sure to comply with the following safety precautions during use. Kyowa Electronic Instruments Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any damage suffered as a result of using the product not in compliance with these safety instructions. - Page 5 WARNING ●Fuse To prevent fire, use only fuses with the specified ratings (current, voltage, type) in this device. Do not use fuses that are not specified, and do not short-circuit the fuse holder. Pull out the power supply cable first before replacing the fuse. ●External connections To prevent electric shock, ground this device properly first before connecting any external devices such as PCs and the measured object.

Therefore, when a measurement device whose (+) terminal is grounded to the housing is connected, or when the (+) terminal of the power supply is connected to or in contact with the housing, this will result in a failure or a drop in the performance.
