Using (2) 3/8” x 1” bolts, mount the winch to the mounting bracket on rear of cart with the hex drive facing out. Be sure to use a 3/8” flat washer on the bolt going into the slotted hole of the winch.

17. Locate the 8” cleat. Using (2) 3/8” x 2-1/2” allen screws and (2) retainer plates with welded nuts, assemble keeping the flat side of retainer plate toward the cleat. Slide cleat onto the cleat post upright and tighten. Slide the 2” x 2” sq. rubber cap over the end of the upright tube.
