Using (2) 3/8” x 1” bolts, mount the winch to the mounting bracket on rear of cart with the hex drive facing out. Be sure to use a 3/8” flat washer on the bolt going into the slotted hole of the winch.

Slide cleat onto the cleat post upright and tighten. Slide the 2” x 2” sq. rubber cap over the end of the upright tube.
