The picaboost remote controller is not connecting with the picaboost. It has been connected since I had it several weeks ago but when I swapped batteries today it didn’t connect. The app says not paired. I tried swapping the batteries back but no joy.

To troubleshoot the connection issue between the Livall PikaBoost 2 remote controller and the PikaBoost:

1. Ensure the remote controller is within 5 meters of the PikaBoost.
2. Turn on the remote controller; it should automatically connect to the PikaBoost.
3. Check if the indicator blinks twice quickly, confirming successful connection.
4. If connection fails, unbind the remote controller using the app.
5. Rebind the remote controller to the PikaBoost through the app.
6. Make sure the brake sensor and magnet are properly aligned, as this affects signal detection.
7. If the issue continues, check for Bluetooth stability or try restarting the devices.
