    TO THE DEALER This manual contains procedures intended to assist the dealer in assembling the product before delivering to the customer. The customer’s purchase is based on confidence in both the product and your store. Observe the procedure in this manual to assemble and adjust equipment for your customer’s safety. When fully assembled, check function of each part and feature.

    SAFETY (5) Before working under suspended or raised equipment, support the equipment or attachment To prevent accidents, read through the following items with stands or suitable blocking beforehand to before starting work, and always regard safety when prevent the machine from falling or moving out of working.

    UNPACKING (3) Remove all straps holding the machine down. BUNPACKING WOODEN CRATE 1. Unpacking procedure (1) Saw crate at the indicated locations. Repeat for opposite side. (1) Strap (4) Remove the discharge cover and parts bag located behind the seat. (1) Cutting line (2) ROPS (2) Unpack crate as shown.
  • Page 5 (3) Remove the two pins at the bottom of the crate BUNPACKING METAL CRATE and remove the four support beams. 1. Unpacking procedure (1) Remove the two pins securing the top of the crate to the support beams. Pull the cotter pin out and then push the retaining pin out from the beam.

  • Page 7 ASSEMBLY BINSTALLATION OF ROPS (1) Place ROPS into the unit. Serial number label should be on the right side. To avoid personal injury: A Park the machine on a firm and level surface. A Apply the parking brake. A Stop the engine and remove the key. A Fully raise the operator's seat.
  • Page 8 (3) Secure right side of the ROPS using a ROPS plate and two bolts. Ensure proper bolt orientation BBATTERY CABLE AND FUEL by referring to the figure below. 1. Connecting the battery negative cable (1) Connect the cable to the battery negative terminal.
