Placement 1. Place Pump Station on a level surface, against a wall with a 4” - 6” clearance from the back of the unit, located near electrical supply, water source, and floor drain. Make sure the front of the station is accessible for service. - Page 7 Chemical Setup (Optional) 1. Set or mount soap tank in place near the Pump Station and run city pressure soft water line to inlet of tank. 2. Select proper mix tip for soap and screw into chemical Select proper chemical mixing tip inlet port on Hydrominder eductor.

Maintenance & Storage 1. Change the oil after intial 50 hours. Use Cat Oil, part number CC 6100-1 for 21 oz. bottles or CC 6105-1 for 2.5 gallon jug. (Fig. 9) This pump takes 17 oz. IMPORTANT 2. The oil should be changed every 500 hours. If other than Cat Pumps special custom blend multi-viscosity ISO68 hydraulic oil is used, change the oil every 300 hours. -
