1. Introduction These Operating Instructions include all pieces of information needed for the correct and safe working with the BioMant-Mini. Before the commissioning of the BioMant-Mini , you are required to have read and understood these Operating Instructions. You must familiarise yourself with the functioning and the safety instructions before the commissioning of the BioMant-Mini. -

2. Description of the BioMant-Mini weed control machine The BioMant-Mini is a weed control system that works without the use of chemical products or herbicides. 3. Operating regulations The BioMant-Mini is only allowed to be used for the intended purpose, this being weed control and cleaning or disinfection. Unauthorised persons are not allowed to change the settings of the BioMant-Mini . If you want to change the settings, please contact your authorised BioMant- Service centre, or contact the manufacturer directly. -

4. Safety instructions The BioMant-Mini is equipped with different safety measures. Despite these safety measures there will be residual risks left in various places and situations. The following chapter contains some safety instructions referring to these residual risks. For safe working with the BioMant- Mini, all persons working on or with the BioMant-Mini must make themselves familiar with these instructions. - Page 8 In high-pressure mode,water sprays out of the lance at high pressure. Never point this high-pressure jet at persons or animals. Water at high pressure can cause serious injuries. Never leave the machine unattended during operation. During extended brekas, the machine must be switched off. The weed control machine BioMant-Mini is not permitted to be used in an environment with explosion risk.

5. Commissioning This chapter includes instructions for the commissioning of the BioMant-Mini. Before starting work, it is strictly required to thoroughly familiarise yourself with these instructions. Only competent and authorised persons are allowed to excecute assembly and commissioning of the BioMant-Mini. For lifting of the machine use an approved lifting device with sufficient capacity. -

6. Use of the machine 6.1. Use of the machine You must not start the machine operation if you detected any deficiencies during the assembly and before the commissioning. Operate this BioMant-Mini outdoors in a well ventilated environment only. The exhaust gas that comes out of the heating boiler is a health hazard. -

7. Regular Maintenance Before starting any maintenance works on the BioMant-Mini, you must disconnect the machine from the power supply and secure it against accidental restarting. Also close the water supply and release any remaining pressure from the system by engaging the spray gun until no more water flows. All persons, who work with or on the BioMant-Mini , must have made themselves sufficiently familiar with these Operating Instructions and especially with these safety instructions. -

8. Troubleshooting Malfunctions can occur during machine operation. For troubleshooting follow the instructions in this section. If the malfunction cannot be eliminated as described below, contact the manufacturer or an authorised BioMant-Service Centre. In the event of a fault and/or malfunctioning of the machine or an oil or water leak, switch off the machine immediately. -

9. Transport, Storage and Disassembly 9.1. Transport The machine is designed to be used on its own as it stands. Should you transport the machine in a vehicle or on a vehicle platform, you need to make sure the BioMant-Mini is placed on a stable, flat surface and is secured against shifting, tilting, or falling over. -
