To intercept an incoming call on the SNR-VP-51 when the employee is away, use the Pickup feature. The phone supports specified pickup and group pickup. Press the group pickup key to answer an incoming call on line 1 if there are multiple incoming calls in the group.

    1. Overview 1.1. Introduction The SNR-VP-51 is a featured one-line IP phone with full duplex hands-free speakerphone. It can be directly connected to an Internet Telephony Service Provider or to an IP PBX.
