IVC-V3 2. Machine Description 2.1 General information The machine is a dust collector for industrial and building use intended for the dry vacuuming of dust particles, e.g. concrete, wood, stone etc. It is equipped with a two-stage filter system, a coarse filter followed by three fine filters, as well as a filter purse cleaning system that increases the service life and maintains the performance of the dust collector. -

4. Operation 4.1 Hose connection XINGYI provides a 3 to 2” quick connector for quick, easy and safe connection of the dust hose between the grinding machine and dust collector or other accessories that are to be used for dust collection. -
Page 9: Replacing The Dust Bag
The dust extractor is equipped with a bag system that makes it possible to minimize dust exposure when changing dust bags. This bag system can be ordered. Please contact your XINGYI retailer. Place the bags in the holder and install on the container. Pull up the inner part of the bag and tighten with the strap. -

IVC-V3 5. Maintenance We recommend regular inspection of the dust collector. 5.1 Cleaning the dust collector Vacuum the dust collector. Perform filter cleaning and empty the machine of dust. Then clean the dust collector after use with a damp sponge or cloth. -
Page 11: Replace Coarse Filter
IVC-V3 Warning! The dust that is sucked up may be harmful if inhaled. Follow local regulations and use breathing protection. 6.1 Replace coarse filter To check the coarse filter, start by disconnecting the hose to the coarse filter. Remove the lock ring, pull the whole cone over to reduce contact with dust particles. -

IVC-V3 7. Motor Protection Three independent motors are equipped below each fine filter in the electric cabinet. When the motor draws too much current or if the motor protection gets hot. Check whether the suction system is blocked (negative pressure is displayed on the screen). -
