TS-1IRONCLAD Erasure Verification System ASSEMBLY
• Completely read through the instructions before
beginning assembly process.
• Assemble the IRONCLAD in final location.
• Do not open equipment chassis. Assembly only
requires access to exterior of units.

Using a torx wrench, remove five bolts from TS-1 face-
Four from the upper left and one from the lower left
side. Save bolts for Step 2.

Using the 5/32 allen wrench and 2 bracket bolts, attach touch screen mounting
bracket to the underside of the TS-1 control panel.

Using a torx wrench and four bolts from Step 1, attach the imaging
device to the TS-1.

Using the 3/16 allen wrench and 2 control head bolts, attach touch screen to mounting
bracket. Attach stylus to control head using one of the control head bolts.

Using the torx wrench and one bolt from
Step 1, attach HDMI cable clip to the
bottom left corner of the TS-1.
