    INSTALLATION STEPS Please wear gloves to protect the screen from fingerprints. Gloves ASSEMBLING THE INNER FRAME Step 1: Before you begin, unfold the white Installation Mat (l) and lay it on a clean floor. Perform all installation steps on top of the Installation Mat to avoid damaging the screen.
  • Page 6 Step 3: Remove the Auxiliary Screw (E) stored in the Horizontal Brackets (C). Step 4: Insert each Horizontal Bracket (C) into its neighboring Horizontal Inner Frame (A1/A2) segment and fasten one side first, then slide to the other side and fix it with the 4 mm Allen Wrench (Z2).
  • Page 7 Step 5: Remove the Auxiliary Screw (E) stored in the Corner Brackets (D). Step 6: Insert each Corner Bracket (D) into its neighboring Horizontal Inner Frame (A2, A1) and Vertical Inner Frame (B). -06-...
  • Page 8 Step 7: Reinsert and fasten the Auxiliary Screw (E) using the 4 mm Allen Wrench (Z2) to connect each side of the Inner Frame (A1/A2). Repeat this step for all four Corner Brackets (D). Step 8: Finally, attach the Support Beam (F) to the Inner Frame (A1/A2).
  • Page 9 Step 10: Set the Inner Frame aside for later. INSTALLING THE FRESNEL SCREEN Step 1: Remove the protective brackets at each end of the cardboard tube to unpack the Fresnel Screen. To remove the brackets, use the 4 mm Allen Wrench (Z2) to remove the screws holding the brackets together.
  • Page 10 Step 2: Carefully remove the Fresnel Screen (H) from the tube and unroll it onto the Installation Mat with the rear side facing upward. The rear side of the screen is labeled THIS WAY UP so that you know which half of the screen should be nearest to the floor when you install the Fresnel Screen.
  • Page 11 Step 4: Align the Inner Frame with the rear side of the Fresnel Screen (H). Handle with care to avoid creasing the screen. Step 5: Insert the Fiberglass Rods (J1, J2) into the black sleeves along the edges of the screen as shown below.

  • Page 13 Step 8: Insert a Stretcher Bolt (L) into each Stretcher Nut (K) and fasten them using the 3 mm Allen Wrench (Z3). For now, only tighten the Stretcher Bolts halfway. They should be installed in the sequence of 1-1→2-2 →3-3→4-4, as shown in the figure below. Step 9: Before you continue, ensure that the screen is laying properly without any creasing or distortion.

  • Page 16 Step 4: Remove the adhesive film from the back of the Wall Protectors (U) and attach them onto the lower Horizontal Inner Frame (A1, A2). Ensure that the Wall Protectors (U) are placed at the bottom of the screen. Each Wall Protector should be placed roughly 12 in (310mm) from the outer corners.
  • Page 17 MOUNTING THE SCREEN ON THE WALL Step 1: Hold up the Fresnel Screen and mark the location of the corners as shown below. If you need a point of reference, turn on your projector and point it towards the wall where you intend to mount your Fresnel Screen.
  • Page 18 Step 2: Use an 8mm electric drill to create two pilot holes in the wall. Place each hole 169 mm (6.65 in) down from the upper corners marked on your wall. The left hole should be 563 mm (22.16 in) from the upper left corner and the right hole should be 587 mm (23.11 in) from the upper right corner.

  • Page 21 Step 7: After the screen is hung on the wall, rotate the Adjustment Rod (W) to adjust the height of the screen to achieve the best display effect. Step 8: Remove the adhesive film from the wall-facing side of the Wall Protectors (U) to fix the bottom of the screen to the wall.
