Powerman Master robot is not powering up after changing to new alkaline batteries (correctly inserted and tested) following a low battery warning.

The LEXIBOOK Powerman Master robot may not be powering up after replacing the batteries due to the following reasons:

1. Incorrect Battery Installation – The batteries may not be inserted according to the correct polarity. Ensure they match the polarity markings in the battery compartment.

2. Battery Compartment Not Secured – The battery compartment screw may not be tightened properly after installation, preventing proper contact.

3. Dead or Weak Batteries – The new batteries may be low on charge or faulty. Try replacing them with a fresh set of 5 x 1.5V AA/LR6 batteries.

4. Poor Battery Contact – The battery terminals might not be making proper contact due to dirt, dust, or misalignment. Clean the terminals if necessary.

5. Device Malfunction – If the robot still does not power up after checking the above, there may be an internal issue requiring after-sales service. Contact savcomfr@lexibook.com for support.
