Mains Safety Cutout

ChargePort Pro is equipped with a 10A safety cutout. In the event the
cutout is tripped then unplug any attached devices, wait at 5 minutes
and reset the cutout button on the rear. If the cutout continues to trip then
unplug ChargePort Pro and arrange for it to be serviced by an authorized
agent.

Qi Foreign Object Detection

In the event a metallic foreign object is inadvertently placed on the Qi
charging pad then ChargePort Pro will disable wireless charging until the
foreign object is removed.

USB Charging Protection

If a faulty device or cable causes a short circuit or draws too much
current then the inbuilt charger will shut down until the fault condition is
removed.

High Ambient Temperatures

Wireless charging performance may be impaired in a high ambient
temperature conditions (in excess of 28°C) and under high load. In
cases where the phone cannot charge wirelessly then try locating device
to reduce the ambient temperature. Do not install in locations exposed to
extended periods of direct sunlight.

Unapproved Phone Cases

The use of phone cases that are unapproved by the phone manufacturer
may also impair wireless charging performance. If this occurs it may be
necessary to remove the phone from the case before resuming wireless
charging.
