1. INTRODUCTION The Saver One T is an instructional AED designed to train emergency responders in the use of the SAVER ONE AED range; it can be used to instruct lay users as well as to train experienced rescuers. Designed to meet the needs of any instructor, it guides rescuers through the use of the Saver One defibrillator in the event of sudden cardiac arrest, an event that is simulated through 10 different scenarios for an extremely realistic experience. -

2.5 C ONTROL The control LEDs are located on the keypad of the Saver ONE T Trainer. Based on the different colours of the control LED, the operator can independently deduce the functional status of the device and the battery. 3. POWER SUPPLY 3.1 R ECHARGEABLE BATTERY The Saver One T is powered by a Ni-MH 12V - 2Ah battery that can be recharged through the charger (PRD-FNL- 00316) by connecting the output connector of the latter to the one on the back of the battery, as in figure 5. 4. INTERCONNECTION CABLE AND ELECTRODES The Saver ONE T is supplied with a reusable cable to which the simulation electrodes (PADs Trainer) can be connected via the button clip (Image 10). 6. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS The device is turned on exclusively by the "on/off" button on the keypad, while it can also be turned off by remote control. If used without the remote control, the default simulation will be that of the preset scenario, i.e. "Shockable rhythm"; using the remote control, however, it will be possible to select and access the simulation of both rapid events and the 10 rescue scenarios available. -

6.1 A VAILABLE SCENARIOS The following are the 10 types of rescue scenarios available in the Saver One T trainer: SIMULATED AUDIBLE MESSAGGES Scenario PATIENT DEFIBRILLATING RHYTHM Pressing the shock button is required to simulate shocking a patient, following which 5 CPR cycles (30 compressions and 2 insufflations) will commence. -
