General Text Entry Rules
Press a number key repeatedly to cycle through its characters. See
"Character Chart" on page 37.
Press a number
key as many
times as
necessary
to enter the
desired
character at
flashing cursor
location.
Press and hold
a number key
to cycle
between text
entry modes.
• If you do not press a key for two seconds, the character in the
block cursor is accepted, and the cursor moves to the next
position.
• The first character of every sentence is capitalised. (Press
down to force the character to lowercase while it is highlighted
by the block cursor.)
