The cranking battery likely went dead while using the NOCO Genius GENPRO Series 10X3 charger because the charger was not properly configured to charge the starting battery. The GENPRO Series chargers have different charging modes for various battery types, and if the starting battery was not receiving charge due to incorrect mode selection or wiring setup, it could discharge over time. Additionally, if the charger was primarily connected to the trolling batteries at the front and not properly extended or configured to maintain the starting battery at the back, it would not receive sufficient charge.

I have a bank that shows the lithium battery is charged, but when I pull it up on the battery app. it is not recharging the battery to 100% even thou the NOCO Gen 10 x 4 show green light to be at 100. All the other 3 banks work fine.
