ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 1 Screw two Foot Pads (O) into the underside of Front Suppot Frame (A). - Page 6 STEP 2 Place one Support Bar Spacer (D) onto the front, angled end of each Side Support Bar (B), then connect to the Front Support Frame (A) using M8x60mm Screws (S-F). Tighten using 5mm Allen Wrench (T-A).
- Page 7 STEP 3 Screw the remaining Foot Pads (O) into Rear Support Bar (C). Insert the Side Support Bars (B) into the Rear Support Bar (C), and secure using M8x16mm Screws (S-D) and 5mm Allen Wrench (T-A).
- Page 8 STEP 4 Remove Screws (A1) from Front Support Frame (A) using 5mm Allen Wrench (T-A) Assemble Right and Left Braces (E,F) to the frame using previously removed Screws (A1), M8x16mm Screws (S-D) and 5mm Allen Wrench (T-A).
- Page 9 STEP 5 Install the Footrest (G) to the Front Support Frame (A) using M8x16mm Screws (S-D) and 5mm Allen Wrench (T-A). Install the Screws into the rear mounting holes as shown.

Reposition the Wheel Mount as desired and reinstall previously removed screws with washers using the 5mm Allen Wrench (T-A). - Page 13 **Clamp-On/Suction Mounted Wheels ONLY** Attach Mounting Panel (T) to the Wheel Mount (H) using M6x14mm Screws (S-K) and a Phillips screwdriver. Attach Metal Strip (U) to the Mounting Panel (T) using ST2.9x13mm Screws (S-J) and a Phillips screwdriver.
- Page 14 STEP 9 Extend the Slider on Right Chair Support with Lock (I) by lifting on the Lever (I1) and pulling foward. Pull and extend Slider (J1) foward on Left Chair Support (J).
- Page 15 STEP 10 Attach Right and Left Chair Supports (I,J) to the Chair Seat (K) using Spacers (S-A) and M8x30mm Screws (S-E). Secure with 5mm Allen Wrench (T-A). Slide Right and Left Chair Supports (I,J) foward to reveal the rear mounting hole. Secure using M8x30mm Screws (S-E), Spacers (S-A) and 5mm Allen Wrench (T-A).

- Page 17 STEP 12 Assemble Chair Back (L) to Side Brackets Install Left and Right Covers (M,N) (K1) on Chair Seat (K) using M8x30mm to Side Brackets (K1) using M5x8mm Hex Head Screws with Washers (S-B) and Screws (S-C) and a Phillips screwdriver. 5mm Allen Wrench (T-A).
- Page 18 STEP 13 The Shifter Mount (Q) can be installed on either the right or left side. Follow the steps that match your preferences. Option 1: Right Side Shift Lever Attach the Shifter Support Bar (P) to the right side of the frame using M8x50mm Screws (S-H) and M8 Nuts (S-I).
- Page 19 Option 2: Left Side Shift Lever Attach the Shifter Support Bar (P) to the left side of the frame using M8x50mm Screws (S-H) and M8 Nuts (S-I). Tighten using 5mm Allen Wrench (T-A) and Wrench (T-B). Attach Shifter Mount (Q) to the top of Shifter Support Bar (P) using M6x15mm Screws (S-G) and a Phillips screwdriver.
- Page 20 STEP 14 Shifter Mount Angle Adjustment Adjust the Shifter Mount (Q) angle by removing the pre-installed bolts from the sides using 5mm Allen Wrench (T-A). Set the Shifter Mount to the desired angle and reinstall previously removed bolts.
