    Hardware Pack Hardware Pack #: T2195459-00 Spring Washer Washer 5/16" X 2 3/4" Wrench Please do not completely tighten all the hardware, until the entire assembly is complete, unless otherwise indicated in the step-by-step instructions. The screw(s), bolt(s) to be used at each step are shown in actual size in the lower right corner of the page.
  • Page 7 Step 1 Hand tighten into C & D. 45mm 1 25/32" 13/64" 20mm 25/32" Note: Only screw in the shortest threaded part of the Bolts.
  • Page 8 Step 2 There are 2 options for the chaise position. From Step 2 to Step 6, we will show you how to assemble Option 1. If you intend to assemble Option 2, please start from Step 7 instead. Attach D to A with , and , as shown.
  • Page 9 Step 3 Please remove the protective cap on the tip of thread before assembling. Manually screw E x 4 to A & D, as shown. Note: DO NOT screw in these two holes.
