FC-7 Multi Foot Controller
Thank you for purchasing the FC-7 Multi Foot controller. It is a Multi Foot Controller
especially designed for Arranger Instruments (Keyboards and Modules).
Using this controller you can easily activate all the main functions (Start/Stop,
Intro, Basic/Advanced, Fill In to Variation, Fill In to Original, Original/Variation,
Ending).
General Notes on delivery
Please check carefully the following things when you receive the FC-7 Foot
Controller:
1) Make sure that the outer packing is not damaged and it contains inside
a) Foot controller
b) Instructions (this sheet)
2) Make sure that no damages appear. In case of damages or missing parts, please
give detailed information to your dealer.
How to connect the FC-7 to the arranger Instruments
The FC-7 is provided with an attached cable and the relative connector.
Insert the Connector into the Instrument dedicated socket (FC-7 socket).
Pressing the relative foot buttons you can activate the associated functions.
NOTE
The FC-7 is NOT a MIDI foot switch controller. It can be connected only on
instruments that are provided with the dedicated "FC-7 Socket".
Do not try to connect the FC-7 to the MIDI sockets.
Cleaning
Use a soft dry cloth for dusting. To remove dulling film, use a soft cloth slightly
dampened with water or a little mild detergent and immediately wipe dry.
DO NOT USE ALCOHOL OR SOLVENTS SUCH AS PAINT THINNERS.
In the event your Foot Controller fails to operate, check the connection between the
FC-7 and the instrument.
In the event your foot controller is still inoperable, contact your Roland dealer.
DO NOT attempt any adjustments or repair by yourself.
