5 Assemble and use instructions 5.1 How to connect power source Use single phase and earthen circuit alternate current power source (3P). Make certain to make one-on-one connection for power cord and outlet to avoid unexpected electricity failure. Star bust connection is strictly prohibited If the outlet is not 3P earthen circuit type, use the 3P adapter which provides earth cord.
5.3 Head and foot board The head and tail plates are common parts that can be removed urgently. Install bed ends before the first use. To insert bed ends into corner posts, hold them by the corner handles on top with both hands. To disassemble, pull it up. ⚫...

When you press button 8, LCD will display CPR icon and bed will go to flat condition. When you keep press CPR button for 5 secs, it will automatically operate. 5.11 Weighting system Position the bed on a flat, level surface and apply the brakes. Remove the four transport locking bolts and washers; there are two locking bolts at the head end of the bed and two at the foot end. Retain the bolts and washers in case the bed needs to be transported at a later date.

6 Accessories use 6.1 Infusion Stands (two hand operation) It is possible to insert infusion stands into the bushings at the head and foot ends of the bed. ❖ Use exclusively infusion stands with 4 hooks for hanging IV bags or baskets for intravenous solutions.

6.6 Bed Extension MEB-900 series medical bed can be delivery in the version with bed shortening. Purpose of this shortened version is to facility bed transport. It is recommended to use mattress (with length of 191 cm) with foam extension (with length 20 cm).
6.8 Vertical oxygen tank holder Oxygen tank holder is intended for transporting oxygen bottle with a weight of up to 15 kg and a volume of 5L. ❖ Oxygen tank holder install on IV pole socket. Lift bed end and insert to socket and install bed end.
6.11 Nurse call system It is possible to add nurse call system to MEB-900 series. The nurse call device signal transmission by Bluetooth technology and max distance is 10M (it might be decrease by wall/ floor block). This system is including a nurse call bell and handset/ ACP panel (with nurse call bell button).

6.14 Foot control (wireless) Foot control located on both sides of bed with protection frame. The foot control enables the adjustment of bed height. The foot control is wireless device (comply with EN 300 328/ EN 301 489-1/ EN 301 489-17/ EN 62479: 2010). Wireless device for foot control.
6.16 Orthopedic frame It is possible to install MM Balkan frame on MEB-900 series. The installation socket should add in factory side, so this item is not allowed to add after export. For more details about Balkan frame spec and installation method, please check another user manual for Orthopedic Bed.
Installation steps: Install 4 pcs MOF-05 aluminum pipe on sockets at 4 coroners. Fasten 4 pcs MOF-02 clamp on 4 pcs MOF-05 top. Please make sure they are on same level. Fasten step like figure 1. Fasten 2 pcs MOF-04 and 2 pcs MOF-056 by clamp on 4 pcs MOF-02. Fasten 2 pcs MOF-01 on 1 pc MOF-06., like figure 2 Fixed 2 pcs MOF-03 on 1 pc MOF-06 by screw, like figure 3.
8 Cleaning and disinfection 8.1 Safety Instructions for Cleaning and Disinfection of the Bed Preparation for cleaning: ❖ Drive the bed on a place where the cleaning process will be performed and then brake the bed. ❖ Position the mattress platform to its highest positions and also position the back rest and thigh rest parts so the back side of those parts are accessible for cleaning.

9 Regular maintenance First, every three months should be implemented: 1. Check the anchor rail group fixing bolts for looseness? Does it fall off? 2. Check the tamper brake latch for wear? Is there a crack? 3. Check if the anchor bolt of the rocker arm is loose or not. 4.
