Unboxing Your DTR600
1. Contents: Ensure you have the following items:
o DTR600 Two-Way Radio
o Battery
o Antenna
o Belt Clip
o Charger
o User Manual
2. Inspect: Check all components for any visible damage. Contact Two Way Radio Gear
customer support if anything is missing or damaged.
Charging the Battery
1. Initial Charge: Fully charge the battery before first use. Insert the battery into the
charger and plug it into a power outlet.
2. Indicator Light: The charger indicator light will turn red while charging and green when
fully charged.
3. Charging Time: A full charge typically takes about 4 hours.
Assembling the Radio
1. Attach the Antenna: Screw the antenna onto the top of the radio until it's secure.
2. Insert the Battery:
o Remove the battery cover on the back of the radio.
o Align the battery contacts with the radio contacts.
o Insert the battery and replace the cover.
3. Attach the Belt Clip: Slide the belt clip onto the back of the radio until it clicks into
