How to install your monitor hardware Make sure that the computer and monitor’s power are both turned off. 1. Pull the monitor screen forward to keep it upright. There will be a clicking sound. 2. Press the jutting edge to detach the back cover.

4. Connect the other end of the D-Sub cable to your computer. 5. Connect the USB cable from the monitor to your computer. 6. Connect one end of the DVI-D cable to the monitor and the other end to the signal connector of your computer.
After connecting the power cord to an AC power socket, turn on your computer and press the Power button on the side panel of the monitor. The power indicator will light up to notify the status of power. Note: The USB port on the top panel of your monitor is specifically designed for plugging your WebCam in.
