  • Page 6 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Separate the 2 different types of Wheels, Assemble the Lower Back Panel (CO) to the 2 Locking Wheels (ED) and 2 Regular Wheels Left and Right Cart Side Panel (EA and EB). (EE). Insert the U Pin Tool (#15) into one of the YOU WILL NEED: Regular Wheels (EE), as shown in image B.
