HF Series August 2024 Your new HF Series kiln includes our patented Dyna-Lift lid lift assist. The Dyna-Lift connects directly to the kiln stand and to the kiln lid handle with a single link. The following instructions will guide you through the process of assembling the stand and attaching the Dyna-Lift to the stand and kiln lid handle.

Dyna-Lift Assembly Instructions HF Series August 2024 Step 2: Place all stand legs as shown below. Please note that the 2 Dyna-Lift Ready legs are placed at the center positions as shown. Dyna-Lift Ready legs have extra holes. Position the Dyna-Lift Ready legs so the single square hole is to the inside of the frame. You will be connecting a truss to this point.

Dyna-Lift Assembly Instructions HF Series August 2024 Step 6: Attach the Dyna-Lift post to the back center of the stand as shown (8 nuts and bolts). You will need to remove and re-install 4 of the nuts and bolts that you previously attached.

Dyna-Lift Assembly Instructions HF Series August 2024 Step 10: Using the included allen wrench, remove one of the locking collars on the kiln lid handle rod and loosen the 2 locking collars located at the center of the lid handle rod.

Dyna-Lift Assembly Instructions HF Series August 2024 Step 11: Bring the Dyna-Lift lifting arm down and insert the lid handle rod through the holes in the Dyna- Lift lifting arm link as shown. Positioning the locking collars as shown. This operation requires 2 people: 1 to hold the lifting arm down and 1 to insert the rod.

Dyna-Lift Assembly Instructions HF Series August 2024 Step 12: Insert the lid handle rod back through the handle bracket and lifting link. Re-install the locking collar on the lid rod end and tighten.

Dyna-Lift Assembly Instructions HF Series August 2024 Step 13: Center the Dyna-Lift lifting link on the handle rod and move the inner locking collars to the lifting link. Tighten the locking collars.

Dyna-Lift Assembly Instructions HF Series August 2024 Step 14: Open the lid slowly all the way until the lid support bar engages and keeps the lid open. Check for clearance between the lid and Dyna-Lift post. There should be at least 1/4" with the lid in the fully opened position.
