18. Declaration of conformity with European Union Directives

mPTech Ltd. hereby declares that laptop ZIN 2 is compliant with
Directive 2014/53/EU. The full text of the EU Declaration of

19. Terms of warranty

1. The defect of the device will be repaired within 14 (fourteen) calendar days
counting from the day of receiving the product to the mPTech Authorized
Service Point (together with a document of purchase with a legible date).
2. mPTech Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to extend the repair time, if the required
repairs cannot be performed due to:
2.1. Lack of spare parts on the territory of the Republic of Poland;
2.2. Import/export restrictions on equipment and spare parts;
2.3. Unforeseen circumstances that make repairs impossible;
2.4. The existence of force majeure;
2.5. Extra time needed to eliminate the defect. In the situations mentioned
above, the time limit shall not exceed 30 working days
3. The data saved by the customer in the memory of the device submitted for
repair will be irretrievably deleted. Before returning the unit for servicing,
make a backup copy yourself using the available tools. The Authorised Service
Centre does not provide transfer or storage services for data stored in the
memory of the device submitted for repair. mPTech service is not responsible
for damages and losses resulting from lost data. Defective equipment or parts
that have been replaced become the property of the mPTech Authorised
Service Centre and are subject to disposal.
4. The device is not subject to warranty repair, if:
4.1. The date of purchase on the document authorising warranty repair is not
