  • Page 4 Do not pull on the power cord to disconnect it. Always place the appliance on a firm, stable surface when not in use. The use of attachments not recommended or sold by Chefman® may cause fire, electrical shock or injury.
  • Page 5 Safety Instructions & Important Safeguards Never use abrasive cleaning agents or abrasive cloths when cleaning the unit. Do not use fingers to scrape food away from the beater while the appliance is plugged in. Serious injury may result. Use the unit only when it is completely assembled. Before using for the first time, remove all packaging, and wash and dry the parts.
  • Page 6 Safety Instructions & Important Safeguards WARNING: This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). This plug is intended to fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician.
  • Page 7 To disconnect the appliance, grasp the plug and remove it from the outlet. Never use the product if the power cord shows signs of abrasion or excessive wear. Contact Chefman® Customer Support for additional guidance and support. Never wrap the cord tightly around the appliance, as this could place undue stress on the cord where it enters the appliance and cause it to fray and break.

    Before First Use Remove all packaging materials, such as plastic bags and foam inserts. Check to ensure that all parts and accessories are accounted for. Read and remove any stickers on the unit except for the rating label, which should remain on the unit. Wipe down the stand and motor unit with a damp cloth.
  • Page 9 How to Use as a Stand Mixer Mounting the mixer on the included stand lets you mix hands-free, a convenient option when you need to gradually add ingredients. The gear on the bowl allows it to spin while the motor runs, which ensures even mixing of the ingredients.
  • Page 10 How to Use as a Hand Mixer For maximum versatility, you can remove the motor unit from its stand and use it as a hand mixer. This mode is ideal when mixing small quantities or working in tight spaces. If the motor unit is mounted on the stand, press the unlock button on the back of the stand to release it.
  • Page 11 Mixing Tips & Speed Guide • To avoid splatter, do not turn on the mixer until the beaters are immersed in the ingredients in a bowl. Likewise, be sure to turn the mixer off before removing it from the bowl. Never take the mixer out of a mixture while it is running.

    Keep It Clean With dishwasher-safe attachments and bowl, the mixer is easy to keep clean. Unplug the unit before cleaning. If using as a stand mixer, press the unlock button at the back of the stand to release the motor unit. Press the EJECT button firmly to pop the attachments out of their ports.
