    6. Description of the electric range Electric ranges are used for cooking in establishments and public catering facilities, they are made of food-safe stainless steel material. An electric range consists of two parts. The upper part is equipped with four powerful 4x3 kW plates, the dimensions of one plate are 415x295 mm.
