Warranty / Guarantee (general information) For HERZ - heat pumps, we offer a 5 year or 10.000 compressor hours warranty on the closed refrigeration circuit. As an option, the warranty can be extended (material warranty on the heat pump compressor) to 10 years.

In the event of fire, any type of fire extinguisher may be used! There is no risk of the R32 refrigerant escaping if the HERZ heat pump is used correctly.
