TROUBLESHOOTING No image is displayed. • Is the power cord connected to the product? - Check if the power cord is correctly plugged into the power outlet. • Is the ‘No Signal’ message displayed? - There is no connection between MSAL-0062 and the input source. Check the connection status of the LAN cable. - Access the Input menu to check the input source.
