Fader The 100mm long-throw motorized fader is assigned by default to control the selected Logic Pro mixer channel’s volume. With a control resolution of 10 bit, the fader is capable of detailed control.

    The faders already control parameters at 10 bit which is adequate in most situations. However there are times when you only want minute changes so Panorama CS12 gives you an option to use the fader for fine control as well.

Combined with the selected parameter control option, the motorized fader is uniquely suitable for automation, not least because of it’s 10 bit default resolution.

  • Page 24 Panorama CS12 is in High Power Mode when the lightning bolt icon is green. ControlCore connectivity If the left icon is gray, it means ControlCore is not able to connect to Panorama CS12. To resolve, make sure that input monitoring is enabled, as described on the Installation page.

    If you are using Logic 10.7.8 or 10.7.9 and you see the ‘Auto Assign’ message when you start Logic Pro but the Panorama CS12 remains on the Startup page, simply switch the CS12 off and back on while Logic is still running.
  • Page 26 TROUBLESHOOTING 26_PAGE Touch issues with the fader If the Fader is not controlling the parameter expected, check whether [Select] is active. If the button is lit white, the fader should control channel volume. If the button is lit blue, the fader is controlling the last parameter you clicked on.
