Page 2 INSTALLATION: Lift the cargo basket and gently rest it on the vehicle cross bars. From below the cross bars, line up the carriage bolts with the holes in the end of the Shift the basket so that the cross bars line up roughly with the open spaces between rubber spacer, plastic spacer, and upper bracket.
