Holding the feed tube housing, turn attachment counterclockwise to lock it in place.

1- Place the appliance on a flat, dry, stable and heat-resistant surface. 2- With the appliance unplugged, assembled the attachment onto the RICARDO digital stand mixer according to the ASSEMBLING section. Ensure all parts are attached properly and locked in place before operating. - Page 7 User manual 7- Feed cut food into the feed tube using the food pusher. NOTE : The food pusher is asymmetrical and must be inserted in a specific way inside the feed tube. For proper use, insert the food pusher into the feed tube making sure to align the line engraved on the pusher with the line engraved on top of the feed tube on the main housing.
