2.2 INTENDED USE The 1250N Bond Head can be used for all Hot-Bar Reflow Soldering and Heat-Seal Bond applications. The Bond Head offer maximum productivity and consistent process control. The Bond Head is modular, compact, rigid and easily adjustable. The modular approach enables you to upgrade or reconfigure your system when necessary.
Generally, the equipment requires no special foundation; a level concrete surface is sufficient. During production, the machine and the near surroundings must be well illuminated.
