V. Functionality The Model 803B Probe will accurately measure the surface resistance/resistivity of any smooth surface that is greater than 2.5" in diameter. The standard 2.2 kg (5-pound) probe weight is sufficient for the electrodes to make total contact with the material surface of most film and foam materials.
