  • Page 4 Step 1: Place the chair seat (B) on a solid flat surface. Position the chair back (A) as shown in (Figure 1) so that the holes in the chair back align with the holes in the chair seat. Insert Short Allen Bolt (1) through the holes of the chair back (A) and then through the holes in the chair seat.
  • Page 5 Step 3: The holes in the chair seat/chair back assembly must be perfectly aligned with the holes in the chair leg assembly. While one person holds the chair seat/chair back assembly as shown in (Figure 3), have another person attach to the chair leg assembly.

  • Page 10 Step 1: Place the chair seat (B) on a solid flat surface. Position the chair back (A) as shown in (Figure 1) so that the holes in the chair back align with the holes in the chair seat. Insert 1/4"x15mm bolts (1) through the holes of the chair back (A) and then through the holes in the chair seat.
  • Page 11 Step 4: Attach arm ( C) to seat (B) and back (A) using 1/4"x42mm bolts (5), two 6.5 x 1.0 washers (6), and 1/4" nuts (7) as shown in (Figure 4). Tighten with hex wrench (12) and Allen Key (13). Do not over tighten. Repeat for remaining Loveseat arm.

  • Page 16 Step1: Place tabletop upside down on a flat, non-abrasive surface. Attach table leg to tabletop using 1/4"x 15mm bolt (1) and 1/4" (2) washer as shown in (Figure 1). Add 1/4" nut (4) to the end of bolt. Tighten a few revolutions only. Do not tighten completely at this time as some adjustments may be necessary to the alignment of the table legs.
  • Page 17 Step3: Make any adjustments to the parts to ensure they are properly aligned. At this time tighten all nuts and bolts using Allen Wrench (6) and hex wrench (7). Tighten each bolt connection a few revolutions at a time, rotating between bolt connections until all nuts and bolts are completely tightened.

  • Page 23 - Lay the Top (A) on a flat surface with the bottom lip facing up. Fit the flat ends of the legs under the lip of Top (A) aligning the hole of the Leg Coupler (C) with the hole in Top (A). - Add a third Leg (B) fitting the flat end under the lip of Top (A) and attach using an Allen Bolt (Part #1) and Flat Washer (Part #2) as shown.
  • Page 24 - Attach the second Leg Coupler (C) to the three Legs (B) using Allen Bolts (Part #1) & Flat Washers (Part #2) as shown. - Add the fourth Leg (B) by fitting the flat end of the leg under the lip of the table and positioning the portion with the bolt holes into the Leg Coupler (C).
  • Page 25 - Attach the fourth Leg (B) to the Leg Coupler (C) using Allen Bolts (Part #1) and Flat Washers (Part #2) as shown. Note - Be sure that the legs are aligned at 90 degree angles before tightening the fourth leg completely. - Turn the table over on a flat surface.
