Chapter 2 Initial Installation SCE4103C-BV is designed for Plug-n-Play(PnP) and self-configure which not require any software installation to use. When device power on the device, it will start to connect to back- haul eNB and begin the device Plug PnP and provision processes. The PnP and provision process will take approximate 6~7 min. -
