9.5. Airtight test and evacuation 1 Airtight test Airtight test should be made by pressurizing nitrogen gas to 2.94 MPa. For the test method, refer to the following figure. (Make a test with the ball valve closed. Be also sure to pressurize both liquid pipe and gas pipe.) The test result can be judged good if the pressure has not bee reduced after leaving for about one day after completion of nitrogen gas pressuriza- tion.

11. Test run 11.1. Checking before getting test run 1 Check to see whether there are refrigerant leakage, and slack of power or transmission cable. Confirm that 500 V megger shows 1.0 MΩ or more between power supply terminal block and ground. Do not operate in the case of 1.0 MΩ or less. NOTE: Never carry out megohm check over terminal block for transmission.
