Appropriate Tools Please prepare and select the appropriate tools to disassemble/assemble for the ASUS ZENBOOK UX582 series notebook. Screwdriver Alcohol 95% Glove Dust-free Cloth Please accord to different screw specification to choose different screwdriver and head. Plastic Blade Thermal Pad G500 Thermal Grease Plastic Tweezers Use a pair of tweezers to remove/insert/tidy cables.
BOTTOM CASE Disassembly Notice Remove bottom case Step 1 : Remove 3 BOT SCREW MYLARS. Step 2 : Use T6 Screwdriver to remove 11 screws. Step 3 : Use plastic blade to pry the bottom case. Step 4 : Remove bottom case. Screws Spec Torque (kgf-cm)

SPEAKER Disassembly Notice Please be sure to pull out adapter and disconnect the battery. THERMAL MODULE Disassembly Notice Please be sure to pull out adapter and disconnect the battery. Step 1 : Tear off the VGA AL FOIL . Step 2 : Follow the Screws number to remove from thermal (Yellow mark), screws*6pcs(the screws are spring screws ,no need to take them off the thermal.
