(previously insulation waste removing mode) When《Front End Special Strip》 is enabled, values are automatically entered in the half-strip setting even if it is a full- strip setting. This function prevents troubles caused by insulation waste remaining on the blade if waste removal air is not available. ⑧《Front End Core Wire Diameter》: It is used for setting the numerical value of blade, both front end stripping and rear end stripping individually.

(reference P.19) For this screen, the front core wire diameter is 3.1mm, blade move back is 1.6mm, outside insulation diameter is 4mm, and blade move back is 1mm. ⑨《Double Strip》: It sets for using double strip processing.When double stripping is setting.

    《Short Mode》 setting. Select 《Short Mode》 on the 《Basics》 screen (P.13-⑤). If the remaining length of wire insulation is shorter than 29.9 mm, be sure to use 《Short mode》. The left roller be sure to use UP status. If some processed wires accumulate on the left roller, remove the left roller for processing. ONE POINT: When adherence of core wire and insulation is strong, processing may not be performed just like setting.

    《Basics》 screen at 《Divide Strip》 Select 《Divide Strip》 at 《Motion》 screen (P.13-⑥). When stripping can’t be performed because of the adherance of the core wire or long stripping, it is done by dividing. Divide strip processing, please be sure to enter the Half-strip length.

When others are selected, display is changed to 《Print Interval》. 《Rear Print Point》:Setting point to print at the rear side.

    《Machine Adjust》 Screen. From any screen, by touching 《Machine Adjust》, it will be displayed. ①《Language Selection》:Selection of language displayed on the operation panel of C370G. You can select English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Korean, Polish, Turkish, Indonesian, Thai, or Vietnamese. ②《Memory Write》:Enter the number you want to memorize the current setting with the numeric keypad and press [SET] to write it to the memory.

    ⑨《Blade Speed》:Setting of blade speed except when cutting wire. This means blade open speed and return speed after cutting process. ⑩《Cutting Speed》:Setting of the blade speed when cutting wire. Many cutting processes are possible when the core wire is thin or there are many core wires, but if the core wire is thick and solid, it cannot be cut unless the cutting speed is reduced.

    8. When taking out the wire after finishing the processing. Turn the roller UP/DOWN tab on the mechanical section to up the roller and take out the wire. Note: Take out the wire when it’s not processed. Because the wire may be transformed if the wire is pinched by the feeding rollers for a long time.

    15. About Each Circuit Boards Caution: Be sure to turn off the unit when opening the maintenance slid. The voltage is on the unit for several minutes after the unit is turned off. Wait at least five minutes before exchanging the MDU boards. The maintenance slide can be opened by removing the two screws on the top of the unit and the two screws on the back of the unit.
