Preparation:
1. Open the lid and fill the entire water container with lukewarm (36-38° C) tap water.
2. Close the lid.
3. Open the bag and assemble the cone to the water container.
4. Activate the slippery coating of the cone to its base by wetting it with tap water.
Instillation:
5. Sit on or stand
over the toilet and
insert the cone into
rectum carefully.
Disassembling and cleaning
8. Put the cone back in the bag and dispose in the household waste.
9. Open the lid of the water container and empty remaining water.
10. Gently clean the water container after each use with soapy lukewarm water only.
Let dry.
11. Wash your hands.
6. When the cone is in place, gently
squeeze the water container to instill
the water. Make sure you only insert
the pointed section of the cone and
stop when you reach the wider base.
7. Pull out the cone
and let the bowel
empty.
